Bajinder Paul joins InfoZen as VP of strategy and solutions for federal business
InfoZen, based in Bethesda, MD, announced on May 1 that it has hired former Federal Reserve System Associate Director Bajinder Paul as its vice president for strategy and solutions for its expanding federal business. Paul brings more than 20 years of strategic experience leading large, complex information technology organizations in the public and private sectors.
Prior to joining InfoZen, Paul held CIO positions at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Federal Trade Commission, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In his role at the Federal Reserve System, Paul oversaw 12 federal regional banks and a national IT infrastructure with an annual budget of $1.4 billion.
Paul’s notable successes included leading the prevention of $110 billion improper payments as part of the “Do Not Pay” initiative at the Office of Management and Budget and Executive Office of the President.

Paul’s comprehensive solutions experience includes innovation in cloud-based transformations, enterprise architecture, software application development, cybersecurity, and the U.S. government’s open data initiative. He is a graduate of Cornell University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University.
