USSOCOM posts SIGINT training sources sought
On February 22, the U.S. Special Operations Command posted a sources sought notice for signals intelligence training (H92257-16-U-0018). Questions must be submitted before 8:00pm EST on February 28. Submissions must be received no later than 10:00am EST on March 3.
The Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command is conducting market research to determine availability of a single firm capable of satisfying all three of the following: Advanced Network Characterization (ANC) course, Digital Land Mobile Communication (DLMC) course and High Frequency (HF) Targeting course utilizing the latest technologies and methodologies in the SIGINT field. This special notice is for planning and informational purposes only and SHALL NOT be considered as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quotation, or Request for Proposal. There is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this Sources Sought.
The Government is seeking responses to this sources sought synopsis from all interested businesses capable of satisfying the entire requirement. Large and small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business, etc.) are highly encouraged to identify capabilities in meeting the requirements at fair market prices.
