USSTRATCOM seeks ACE-M support
On November 15, the U.S. Air Force posted a sources sought notice for Global Data Integration for Analytic Collaboration Environment – Multi-INT (ACE-M) MULTI-DOMAIN. Responses are due by 2:00 p.m. Central on December 6.
This is an initial step in the planning process for the advancement, integration, and testing of the Analytic Collaboration Environment – Multi-INT (ACE-M) MULTI-DOMAIN support to United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM).
The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, seeks information about potential sources to support the USSTRATCOM Global Data Integration (GDI) mission, to provide warfighters and analysts a single collaborative environment to access geospatial data (all-source) combined with the latest analytic models and tools to interact with that data in a single Common Operating Picture (COP)/Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).
GDI/ACE-M is a GOTS capability that provides Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Analytics-as-a-Service (AaaS). GDI/ACE-M exposes, transports and performs analytic modeling of data. ACE-M creates an environment where DATA, MODELS and TOOLS can quickly be developed, housed, managed and made available for a multitude of users. ACE-M provides the ability to obtain mission tailored data source information from multiple sources and domains with results that can be viewed and shared in a common geospatial VIEWER on SIPRNET, TSGold, NSAnet, FVEY, and JWICS environments.
ACE-M embodies the concept of agile warfighting, levels awareness/knowledge for all agencies across the spectrum of conflict to support the Strategic and Tactical strategies. ACE-M provides analyst and warfighters a single user sign-on for PKI-based access to the largest source of multi-source intelligence information ever compiled (over 1400 data feeds) from multiple sources and domains (Commercial, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, and NSAnet).
ACE-M addresses a critical warfighter challenge by providing ready access to authoritative data sources, the ability to manipulate and analyze the data, and a means to visualize it in the most effective manner to create Shared Situational Awareness and Situational Understanding.
