USSOUTHCOM intelligence directorate posts RFI

On March 13, the United States Army posted a request for information for Security Intelligence Freedom of Information Act Support (Solicitation Number: W91QEX-18-R-0003). White papers are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern on March 21.

Regional Contracting Office Miami in support of USSOUTHCOM is seeking information on interested contractors that can meet the requirements of the (Draft) Performance Work Statement.

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, this Army Agency (RCO Miami) is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept any unsolicited quotes/proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense.

The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Intelligence Directorate is seeking contractor personnel to provide services for Intelligence Data Collection, All Source Analysis, FOIA Administration, Security Operations and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Security support of Guantanamo Bay (JTF-GTMO). Changes in security requirements, software, and Electronc Security Systems may occur during the period.

Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with a capability statement (white papers).

White papers: white paper shall provide administrative information, and shall include the following as minimum:
-Name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail of designated point of contact
-Business type (Large, Small, 8(a) etc.) Note: This requirement currently resides in the 8(a) program and will remain in the 8(a) program.
-Security clearance of the Offeror
Limited to 5 pages explaining Offeror’s capability in meeting specified requirements within PWS.
