US Special Operations Command issues draft RFP for T-REX contract
On January 16, US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) issued a pre-solicitation notice (H92222-15-R-0010-DRAFTRFP) for the Targeted Requirement EXecution (T-REX) Contract, including a draft RFP and information about an upcoming Industry Day for interested vendors.
USSOCOM is seeking solicitation feedback from sources that can provide: Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) solutions across four main categories; Hardware & Modifications, Specialized Communication Solutions & Networks, Signal Processing Capabilities, and Systems Integration across the Special Operations Research, Development, and Acquisition Center (SORDAC) Program Executive Offices (PEO).
Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Full and Open Competition with up to 1 prime contract award reserved for the most highly rated small business Offeror received under this solicitation. We estimate a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 prime awards. Various cost type arrangements will be utilized at the delivery/task order level (FFP, FPI, CPFF, and CPIF). The anticipated ceiling across all awarded contracts is estimated at $750M over 5 years.
