US Army seeks criminal and threat intelligence coverage
On August 8, the U.S. Army posted a sources sought notice for criminal and threat intelligence coverage for the Joint Task Force – National Capital Region / Military District of Washington (JTF-NCR / MDW). Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on August 15.
The U.S. Government currently intends to award a contract for 24/7/365 criminal, threat, and intelligence reporting on a sole source basis, but is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. Accordingly, the U.S. Government highly encourages all interested businesses (large and small) to respond to this sources sought synopsis.
In addition, small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), must describe their identifying capabilities in meeting the requirements at a fair market price, i.e., information which may help support a set-aside.
The proposed sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to TAM-C Government Solutions, LLC will be to provide 24/7/365 criminal and threat intelligence coverage for the Joint Task Force – National Capital Region / Military District of Washington (JTF-NCR / MDW). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform the 24/7/365 threat intelligence analysis and reporting requirements defined in the Performance Work Statement
The contractor shall provide real-time 24/7/365 criminal, threat, and intelligence reporting for Joint Task Force-National Capital Region and the Military District of Washington. Daily Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) real time alerts, protest alerts, protest reporting, weekly JTF-NCR (MDW) intelligence reports, Extremist Intelligence Threat (EXIT) reports, global, national, and regional threat assessments, and when requested, Detailed Analysis in Real-Time (DART) report for requested events that The Joint Task Force-National Capital Region / Military District of Washington will participate in within the United States.
