On January 13, the United States Army issued a solicitation (W564KV15R0002) for a human intelligence – counterintelligence program of operations (HIPO). Responses are due on February 12, 2015.
The Theater Contracting Center, Kaiserslautern, Germany intends to award a requirements type contract with firm fixed price task orders for HIPO training events to prepare participants to conduct Human Intelligence Collection Team (HCT) operations in non-traditional environments.
Award will be made on a low price technically acceptable basis (LPTA).
