Tripwire names Jack Sebbag as vice president of sales for advanced solutions

Tripwire, Inc., a provider of advanced threat, security and compliance management solutions, has announced that Jack Sebbag has joined the senior sales management team as vice president, advanced solutions. In this role, Sebbag will be responsible for leading the expansion of key product sales initiatives, including the company’s vulnerability management solutions.

“Jack’s unique combination of achievements and skills in high growth emerging technology markets make him a perfect fit for this position,” said Gus Malezis, vice president of worldwide sales for Tripwire. “His extensive experience in building and accelerating sales momentum in the complex information security market are exactly what we need to help scale our sales program.”

Sebbag brings more than 22 years of high technology management and sales experience to his new position. He joins Tripwire from tech startups Nakisa and MXI Security, where he served as global vice president sales and marketing and vice president of North American sales, respectively. Prior to that, Sebbag was director of sales at Oracle Technology and helped grow its security business at unprecedented rates. He also served as vice president and general manager of McAfee Canada for seven years.

Sebbag earned a bachelor of arts in industrial relations from McGill University in Montréal, Quebec. He resides in Montréal.
