Tribalco adds U.S. Army Communications and Transmission Systems to Its prime contract holdings

TribalcoTribalco of Bethesda, MD announced on August 5 that it has completed the acquisition of Intelligent Decisions’ U.S. Army Communications and Transmission Systems (CTS) business division assets. The acquisition was finalized following the Army Contracting Command’s approval of the CTS contract novation on July 29.

“The addition of the CTS contract will strengthen our rich portfolio of prime contracts and enable us to continue delivering mission-critical technologies and turnkey solutions for our global Army customers,” said Michele Friedman, chief operating officer, Tribalco.

Under the CTS Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract, Tribalco will provide a full suite of communications, integration, and engineering services to support the Army’s strategic communications networks worldwide. As a prime contractor on CTS, Tribalco will compete for task orders to provide the Army with communications technologies and services, such as satellite, microwave, fiber optics, Over-The Horizon, radio, and wireless, as well as program management, engineering, and ancillary support services.

In addition to CTS, Tribalco holds a number of contract vehicles to facilitate and expedite the federal procurement process for its global customers. Among Tribalco’s diverse prime contract portfolio holdings are its GSA Alliant (Large Business), NASA SEWP V (Large and Small Business), and U.S. Special Operations Command Tactical Combat Casualty Care Casualty Evacuation Set IDIQ contract vehicles.
