TriaSys Technologies continues expansion of COMINT and wireless networking capabilities
TriaSys Technologies, based in Boston, MA, announced on January 2 that it has completed the integration of the Protium product lines. TriaSys acquired the product lines last year as part of its strategic roadmap to enhance its offerings in communications intelligence (COMINT) and wireless networking.
Protium was the company’s second product line acquisition. In 2011, the company acquired the assets of Signami, a provider of COMINT and signals intelligence (SIGINT) solutions.
“In 2017, we achieved key milestones of our strategic development plan,” said John Apostle, CEO of TriaSys Technologies. “We fully integrated the Protium product lines into our portfolio. We made the first deliveries of our LTE eNodeB, which is part of the CellWorks wireless network product family. We were awarded a highly competitive cellular test network contract with the US Army. Core products such as our SignalWorks signal analysis software continue to be one of the tools of choice for signals analysts both in the US and abroad.”
TriaSys supports customers and applications in COMINT, SIGINT, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR), Electronic Support (ES), Search and Rescue (SAR), and Wireless Test Networks. It supports programs of record such as the US Army’s Wireless Area Mapper (WAM). In 2015, the Association of Old Crows inducted the WAM team into the Electronic Warfare Hall of Fame.
