SPAWAR posts RFI for C4ISR human factors engineering

On January 25, SSC Pacific posted a request for information for C4ISR human factors engineering.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) is issuing this Market Survey for determining 8 (a) Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to provide the full range of Human Factors Engineering (HFE) analysis, development, research, assessment, test and evaluation, and support activities to the design and development of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4SIR) systems, including modifications, improvements, for SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific.
