SPAWAR posts C4ISR RFP

On December 28, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command posted the solicitation for C4ISR Cybersecurity and Security Engineering. Questions are due no later than 14 calendar days before the proposal due date.

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, (SSC) Pacific hereby issues solicitation No. N66001-17-R-0066 entitled “C4ISR Cybersecurity and Security Engineering” to support SSC Pacific, Integrated Command, Control and Intelligence (C2I) Engineering Division (Code 538) continuing requirement for: Cybersecurity (CS) and security engineering-related services to its Department of Defense (DoD), National Guard Bureau, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customers.

This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside competition and anticipated to result in single award contract of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed- Fee type contract(s). Prospective contracts will have a two-year base period and one three-year option period. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 354,650 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million.
