SOCCENT posts Intelligence Service Support RFI
On September 20, the Headquarters Special Operations Command Central (HQ SOCCENT) posted a request for information for Intelligence Service Support. Responses are due by 7:00 a.m. Eastern on September 30.
HQ SOCCENT is conducting market research for possible intelligence and operations support requirements. The scope of the requirements will include intelligence support to both Headquarters and Theater Special Operations as well as planning and technical support to Sensitive Activities.
Scope: The contractor shall provide a multi-faceted Intelligence Operations Support program consisting of, but not limited to, All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysts, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analysts, Intelligence Requirements Management, Collection Managers, Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collection and Debriefing Support, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Support, CI Screener Support, Multi-Media Exploitation Support, Tactical and Operational Intelligence Analysis, Intelligence Information Management, Special Security personnel in support of the Special Security Officer, Foreign Disclosure Advisors in support of the Foreign Disclosure Officer, and other intelligence related support services as deemed appropriate by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), including minor administrative support services in support of SOCCENT J2 intelligence organizations.
The Contractor shall support and not replace Government military and civilian personnel. Contractor personnel supporting this effort shall be integrated, based on skill sets, into military/civilian (MIL/CIV) intelligence operations and support SOCCENT J2 Headquarters, Subordinate Joint Task Forces, and Distributed Command and Control Nodes (DC2) in order to accomplish Commander, SOCCENT priorities and taskings IAW the guidance, policies and mandates of SOCCENT, USCENTCOM, USSOCOM, US Laws, International law, and International agreements.
