Sentar and 3 Reasons Consulting announce JV
On December 5, Sentar, Inc. and 3 Reasons Consulting, LLC (3RC), a woman and service-disabled veteran-owned small business, announced the establishment of their new SBA approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV), 3ReSen. This strategic partnership combines the strengths of Sentar and 3RC to deliver unparalleled cybersecurity and IT solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD), government health, and federal critical systems.
3ReSen, established in 2024, leverages over 50 years of combined experience in cybersecurity, health IT, software and systems engineering, intelligence, AI, data management, and innovation/R&D. The JV is poised to provide world-class talent and support for key clients, including the Navy (Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific (PAC) and NIWC Atlantic (LANT), Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED)), Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Air Force, and NASA.
