System High Corporation announced on January 2 the appointment of Sarah Lord as president of the Chantilly, VA-based organization.
Lord has a proven track record of success within System High, having held key leadership positions across the company. She has served as the chief operating officer (COO) since 2019 and was chief human capital officer prior to the COO appointment, where she played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, optimizing organizational performance, and nurturing the company’s most valuable and cherished asset – its people, the company said.
Throughout her 15-year career at System High, according to the company, Lord has demonstrated unparalleled dedication to advancing the company’s mission, vision, and values. Starting in various business management and administration roles, she ascended the ranks by driving growth and ensuring the company’s strategic goals were met with efficiency and innovation. Her ability to foster collaboration and create sustainable operational processes has been instrumental in positioning System High as a trusted leader in its preferred markets.
