QinetiQ adds Charles Fielden as GM of intelligence and cyber business

On March 18, McLean, VA-based QinetiQ US announced the hiring of intelligence community executive Charles Fielden to the company’s leadership team. Fielden will serve as the executive vice president and general manager of the intelligence, cyber and information advantage business unit. He will lead a team of highly skilled engineers facilitating cyber capability assessments, operational testing, and developmental/functional evaluation of cyber tools for U.S. military and Intelligence Community organizations operating around the world.

Fielden brings more than 15 years of experience from Northrop Grumman Corporation where he grew their cyber and intelligence portfolio winning multiple $100+ million contracts. In addition to business growth, Fielden has developed a strong reputation of employee retention throughout his career. Prior to joining QinetiQ US, Fielden was most recently CEO of a proprietary LLC where he led a transformation of the company culture, leading to 90% positive responses in employee satisfaction surveys while improving profitability.
