PSS acquires Government Contract Solutions Inc.

Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS), a Tysons Corner, VA-based provider of information technology, enterprise resource planning (ERP), program management, and financial consulting services, announced its acquisition of Government Contract Solutions Inc (GCS) on December 9.

GCS supports high priority programs for customers at the forefront of federal spending initiatives and has an established and growing presence with the intelligence community and Department of Homeland Security. The acquisition of GCS strengthens PSS’s position as a contractor of choice within the intelligence community, defense, and civilian Federal markets.
