Peraton wins NAVSEA task order
Peraton has been selected by Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to provide lifecycle cyber resiliency and advanced cybersecurity engineering support for the Naval Surface Warfare Centers (NSWC): Dahlgren Division and Dam Neck Activity, the Herndon, VA-based company announced January 18. The task order is worth up to $74 million over five years.
The Navy’s operationally relevant test, training, and experimentation environment located in the Dam Neck Activity is NAVSEA’s only research and development waterfront command in a fleet concentration area. This work covers all aspects of cyber engineering, including requirements development and analysis, secure design, test and evaluation, lifecycle management, fleet training, and systems assessment and disposal.
