Peraton to acquire Solers
Herndon, VA-based Peraton, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, announced on June 17 that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Solers, Inc., a leading provider of software development and systems integration for space situational awareness, satellite ground systems and operations, cybersecurity engineering, and enterprise cloud-based solutions.
