PAE ISR awarded Navy UAS contract, names Chico Moline as president

PAE ISR, a joint venture of Arlington, VA-based PAE and Chantilly, VA-based AOC, announced on June 12 that it has been awarded a position on a Navy contract to provide unmanned aircraft system (UAS) intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) services in support of the Department of Defense and other government agencies. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which PAE ISR will support with the tactical Group 3 UAS Resolute Eagle, carries a ceiling value of $1.7B. PAE ISR, which delivers full spectrum UAS services to government customers, recently named Chico Moline as president.

“PAE ISR is specifically focused on the UAS market, leveraging the extensive aviation experience and customer relationships of its owners,” said PAE President and PAE ISR Chairman Karl Williams. “Chico, who brings over 20 years of engineering integration experience and proven success in leading growth organizations, was the perfect candidate to lead PAE ISR in addressing the strategic growth opportunities we see in today’s market.”

“I am honored to lead this team in delivering this unique product and its services to the DoD,” said Moline. “PAE ISR has demonstrated its ability to provide high-throughput beyond-line-of-sight capability with the Resolute Eagle, and we are looking to delivering those mission-essential features through future task orders.”

Moline joins PAE ISR from Vectrus, where he served as senior vice president and general manager of the company’s Information Technology and Network Communication service line. Prior to Vectrus, he served as vice president and general manager for the IT Services division of Harris Corporation.
