OTA to support NSA cyber competitions

Ops Tech Alliance, LLC (OTA) will develop educational content for use in National Security Agency (NSA) cyber competitions created to enhance the skillset for the next generation of cyber warriors, the company announced January 3.

Team OTA will also provide day-of-support to the NSA team hosting each competition. Participants of these competitions may include students attending National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity institutions, U.S. Service Academies, Senior Military Colleges, and invited participants from NSA and U.S. Cyber Command.

In recent years, OTA has designed and executed several cyber training programs, and has partnered to develop a widely used cloud-based skills evaluation platform. To support these competitions, Team OTA will draw on its expertise on topics such as active attacks, cryptography, data analysis, forensics, malware, policy, reverse engineering, software development, and capture the flag type competitions.
