On April 2, Nightwing announced the appointment of Yvonne Vervaet as chief growth officer. In this role, Vervaet will be responsible for the company’s strategic vision, business development, organic growth, and new capabilities for the Intelligence Community, Federal Civilian, Defense Department, and commercial markets.
Serving in a variety of strategy, business development, and operational leadership roles over her 30-year career in the defense and aerospace industry, Vervaet has excelled in M&A planning, strategic resource alignment, and driving accelerated organic growth for organizations.
Before joining Nightwing, she led the corporate growth strategy as chief growth officer at Acclaim Technical Services. Prior to that, Vervaet served as senior vice president for growth and capabilities and chief growth officer for ManTech International, chief operating officer of SC3/Cipher, and vice president of business development and operations for SpecTal (BAE Systems). She has also served in various roles at CSC, EDS, and Northrop Grumman.
