NGIC seeks signatures technical support

On April 9, the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) posted a sources sought notice for NGIC Signatures Technical Support (STS). Responses are due no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern on May 17.

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) seeks information from any qualified vendor who can perform the services found in the attached draft performance work statement (PWS) for signatures technical support (STS) services. NGIC is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means for conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis.

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) is conducting market research for a potential requirement. NGIC is seeking information on potential sources who are capable of providing the signatures technical support services detailed in the draft PWS.

As detailed in the draft PWS, required support capabilities include the following highlights:

  • This effort would require technical and engineering support for collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED) activities.
  • This effort would require on-site performance at NGIC facilities in Charlottesville, Virginia, and off site at contractor facilities located within seventy-five (75) miles of NGIC. All personnel performing on site would require Top Secret clearances and SCI access eligibility at the time of proposal submission and for the life of the contract.
  • This effort would require a contractor to provide key personnel (i.e., program manager and subject matter expert (SME)).
