NGA to hold GTLC Industry Day

On June 25, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency announced its next Industry Day/Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM). Questions and comments are due no later than 2:00 p.m. Eastern on July 2.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), in support of the Human Development Office, intends on hosting an Industry Day/Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM) for the GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Contract (GTLC) previously referred to as GTLP requirement with interested vendors.  A draft of the Statement of Work (SOW) has been posted to the NRO Unclassified ARC Website at https://acq.westfields.net.  It is requested that interested vendors review the draft SOW and submit all questions, comments and concerns to Dominique Bataille, at Dominique.M.Bataille@nga.mil on or prior to 1400 PM on July 02, 2018 to ensure the item can be thoroughly addressed at the TEM.  Vendors should also notify the Contract Specialist no later than two days after the TEM if they intend on submitting a proposal against the GTLC as the prime contractor.

The Government is planning to host the GTLC – Industry Day on:
Wednesday, 11 July 2018
Beginning at 1100 to 1600 (Eastern Time)
NGA facility at 7500 GEOINT Drive, Springfield, Virginia 22150.

The conference room can hold 50 people.  Interested vendors are limited to two (2) attendees.

Please RSVP to Dominique Bataille.  Changes to information (Cancellation or Substitution) can be made up until 1200 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, 09 July 2018. Attendance requests after the deadline, to include walk-ins on the day of the TEM, will not be accepted.

There will be an opportunity for one on one discussion if requested in advance.  Please include interest to hold a discussion following the Question and Answer session.  Time slots will be provided day of event.
