NGA releases Spectrum RFP
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has posted the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) and supporting documentation for the Spectrum acquisition on the Unclassified Acquisition Research Center (ARC) website.
The Spectrum program is responsible for delivering a material database system that contains surface reflectable spectra, bi-directional reflectance distribution function (BDRF), thermal, and electromagnetic properties of materials. Spectrum is a key component of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s requirement to deliver non-literal exploitation capabilities to the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and the Allied System for GEOINT (ASG) through the development of technologically advanced models and the measurement of material signatures.
Questions and/or comments to the Spectrum RFP should be submitted to the Unclassified ARC prior to 12:00 PM EST on 28 August 2020.
Proposal Volumes for the Spectrum RFP should also be submitted on the Unclassified ARC prior to the due date as indicated in the RFP. If you do not already have an ARC account, please visit the Unclassified ARC website for registration at https://acq.westfields.net and click on the “Register” link at the top right of the page to create an account.
