NGA releases Defender draft RFP
On March 26, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted the draft request for proposals (RFP) for Defender, formerly known as the Cybersecurity Support Services acquisition.
NGA, in support of the Office of the Chief Information Office (CIO) and Information Technology Services Directorate (CIO-T), is seeking cybersecurity services to protect and defend against cyber-attacks.
NGA has a mission-critical need for information assurance measures that protect and defend information and information systems by assuring their availability, integrity, authentication, confidentiality, and non-repudiation, as well as providing for restoration of information systems by incorporating protection, detection, and reaction capabilities.
