NGA posts Spectrum draft RFP

On July 28, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted posted the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) documentation for the Spectrum acquisition of the Unclassified Acquisition Research Center (ARC) website. Responses are due by July 31 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern.

The Spectrum program is responsible for delivering a material database system that contains surface reflectable spectra, bi-directional reflectance distribution function (BDRF), thermal, and electromagnetic properties of materials. Spectrum is a key component of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s requirement to deliver non-literal exploitation capabilities to the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) and the Allied System for GEOINT (ASG) through the development of technologically advanced models and the measurement of material signatures.

Questions, comments, and responses to the Spectrum DRFP should be submitted on the Unclassifed ARC, to be considered by the Government.
