NGA posts draft RFP for Janus Maritime Tactical Ocean Data and Littoral Planning Charts
On May 24, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency posted the draft RFP for its Janus Maritime Tactical Ocean Data and Littoral Planning Charts acquisition (Solicitation No. HM157518R0007). Questions are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on June 1.
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) proposes to award a single award Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract using Firm Fixed Price, Cost, and Time and Materials type orders to maintain the currency required for Maritime Tactical Ocean Data (TOD) and Littoral Planning Charts (LPC). This contract will support Maritime TOD and LPC’s products and datasets, use data to perform content management and product finishing, leverage existing geospatial data to help maintain the legacy NGA Maritime TOD and LPC products, seek innovation through technology, production processes, and business analytics to provide data and services in ways that reduce cost, improve data quality, and improve timeliness.
The total anticipated period of performance is a 1-year base with four 1-year options. This procurement will be posted for full and open competition and will not be set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS Code is 541370, and the size standard is $15M.
