NGA announces presolicitation conference for Janus Aeronautical Charts and Terminals
On May 31, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency posted a notice about its upcoming pre-solicitation conference for Janus Aeronautical Charts and Terminals. The registration deadline is 12:00pm Central Time on June 7.
NGA will hold a pre-solicitation conference, and one-on-one sessions for the Janus Aeronautical Charts and Terminals procurements. Activities are scheduled for June 13-14, 2017 at the T-REX facility in downtown St. Louis. (The morning of June 13, 2017 will be reserved for the conference and the one-on-one sessions will be scheduled in the afternoon. June 14, 2017 will be reserved for additional one-on-one sessions, if necessary, based on the number of requests).
The Draft SOW/RFP Sections L & M will be posted on the NRO’s unclassified ARC website at: https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/janus–aero. Those interested are encouraged to review the RFP draft documents prior to the date of the conference. Questions should be submitted by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on June 7th. Questions submitted prior to the conference will be addressed at the conference.
Attendance at the pre-solicitation conference or the one-on-one sessions is not required nor will it affect the Government’s review of any resulting proposal positively or negatively. In addition, the Government will not cover any expense incurred by attending either the presolicitation conference or the one-on-one sessions. Attendees are responsible for all of their expenses and no meals will be provided.
