Navy seeks AI, ML research partners
On May 31, the U.S. Navy posted a sources sought notice for artificial intelligence and machine learning services. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on June 30.
The US Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) seeks Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) Partners that possess the expertise, capabilities, facilities, and experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences. This notice serves as a sources sought synopsis seeking information from companies capable of providing Low Code/No Code Artificial Intelligence Environments for Surface Navy Combat System Operators and Technicians.
Any company that believes it has the ability to perform research into deployment, training, and sustainment of Low Code/No Code AI Environments can identify its capabilities by submitting its information. The information submitted should include a capabilities statement, management chart and relevant past work in similar areas. After reviewing the responses, NSWCDD may request a meeting or facilitate company demonstration of a product with responding companies to gain further insight into their capabilities.
NSWCDD is not obligated to hold these meetings with any or all respondents. If NSWCDD decides to meet with a company, it will only meet with those that responded to this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of selecting a CRADA Partner having the ability and capability to Partner with NSWCDD.
