Navy Center for Information Dominance solicitation scheduled for March
On February 25, the U.S. Navy posted a notice regarging its intent to procure language and culture training services for the Center for Information Dominance. The agency plans to issue the solicitation in March.
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire language and culture training services in support of the Navy Intelligence Foreign Language Program (NIFLP) and the Navy Language, Regional Expertise, and Culture Program (LRECP) of the Center for Information Dominance (CID). The sources sought synopsis number for this requirement was N0018916RZ027.
The proposed procurement is being processed as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611630 with a size standard of $11.0M. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item, using FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement will be posted in March 2016.
