NAVWAR issues ISRT follow-on solicitation

On July 12, the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAVWAR) released a solicitation for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (ISRT) systems follow-on. Proposals are due by 11:00 a.m. Pacific on August 12.

This effort is to provide research, development, testing and evaluation (RDTE), technical assistance and systems engineering in the development, testing, and fielding of future ISRT systems. The range of support provided will extend the evaluation and analysis of alternatives (AoAs) and initial engineering design, to operational deployment of systems that provide image intelligence (IMINT), communications intelligence (COMINT), signal intelligence (SIGINT), and/or measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) capabilities and services to the warfighter.

A DD Form 254 Contract Security Classification Specification shall apply to this requirement and the prime contractor shall have or demonstrate ability to obtain a “Secret” Facility Clearance. Requires the ability to obtain a SCIF “Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility” clearance. Volume 4 – Initial Task Order SOW contains documents that must be transmitted via SCIF.  Each Offeror must request the documents.
