Lookingglass hires Jaci Baum Vilardo as VP of corporate strategy and sales

Lookingglass Cyber Solutions, a company avtive in global network situational awareness and threat intelligence management, announced on August 4 the appointment of Jaci Baum Vilardo as its vice president of corporate strategy and sales.

Baum Vilardo comes to Lookingglass with more than 18 years of IT sales and business development experience, most recently through her work at iSIGHT Partners as a vice president and director. Her extensive corporate sales and industry experience will allow her to expand Lookingglass’ worldwide sales organization and continue the company’s growth and momentum.

As vice president of sales, Baum Vilardo will be responsible for driving corporate strategy, including sales and marketing initiatives in conjunction with the leadership team. Additionally, she will drive partnerships, revenue growth, new markets and overall company growth worldwide.

Prior to her work with iSIGHT, Baum Vilardo’s broad sales experience also includes increasing revenues from $1.6 million to more than $25 million over the course of four years at NetWitness and contributing to the acquisition of the network security services firm by RSA LLC, the security division of EMC.

In her early career, she led Symantec Corporation’s public sector and East regions’ managed security services and sales teams as a result of Symantec’s acquisition of Riptech. In addition, she built tactical go-to-market partner strategies and direct sales plans at Riptech.
