Joseph Bogosian appointed CEO of Vectronix Inc.
Joseph Bogosian has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Vectronix Inc, the subsidiary of Sagem (Safran) in the United States, the Bedford, NH-based company announced October 13. As CEO, Joseph Bogosian is responsible for driving Vectronix Inc, a leading observation and precision targeting solutions provider, to the next level. He will continue to develop and provide leading-edge technology solutions to fulfill U.S. military and defense mission requirements, integrate programs to maximize impact, and explore opportunities with the goal of accelerating progress and growth.
Joseph Bogosian joined Safran in 2007, and since has had a distinguished career establishing a track record of both leadership and innovation serving in various senior executive roles – including President & CEO of Safran USA to his most recent position as Corporate SVP at Safran where he was responsible for developing and managing a new regulatory and business development strategy function at group headquarters in Paris, France.
Prior to joining Safran, Joseph Bogosian served for nearly six years in the U.S. Government Senior Executive Service by appointment of the President of the United States. He led the U.S. Commerce Department Manufacturing office as Deputy Assistant Secretary between 2001 and 2005, and the Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration International department as Assistant Administrator between 2005 and 2007. He has also worked in the U.S. Congress and been an entrepreneur successfully starting and running his own strategy consulting company.
