Jim Bottorff joins HighPoint as CFO

HighPoint Global of Herndon, VA announced on May 15 the appointment of Jim Bottorff as chief financial officer. Bottorff will oversee all financial/accounting operations and strategy for HighPoint’s ongoing growth in developing and delivering digital and CX solutions.

“HighPoint is well-positioned to take a leading role in supporting the government’s evolution into a digital enterprise with a citizen-service focus,” said Bottorff. “I look forward to working with the team to implement short and long-term plans that allow us to develop and deliver solutions that the government needs today.”

Bottorff brings almost 30 years of experience in financial operations, strategic planning and growth, and management at businesses supporting federal, civilian, and defense customers. He most recently served as the chief financial officer of North America for Idemia, a leader of secure identity solutions. Prior to that, Bottorff spent twelve years as the division CFO for the Federal and Civilian Division at General Dynamics Information Technology, a global aerospace and defense company. He also held management roles at Anteon before it was acquired by General Dynamics, including senior VP of financial operations, director of financial planning and analysis, and director of pricing.
