Integral Federal announces leaders of new tech office

On May 14, McLean, VA-based Integral Federal, an intelligence and national security solutions provider, announced the creation of its new office of technology, together with the appointment of Amanda Windle as chief growth officer and John Humphrey as senior vice president of operations.

The newly formed office of technology will oversee the development of technology strategies and delivery to existing and new customers and will be led by Ben Johnston, SVP of technology.  Johnston previously served as Integral’s SVP, operations and in his new capacity will work together with Integral’s business development teams to develop and execute strategies around emerging technologies for new and existing customers.

Humphrey will assume responsibility as the SVP, operations and lead the execution of all programs and will help to ensure Integral is continuing to deliver the best talent and solutions to our customers and their missions. Humphrey brings to Integral over 30 years’ experience in the intelligence, Department of Defense, federal law enforcement, and homeland security sectors.

As CGO, Windle will be responsible for driving Integral’s growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding Integral’s market presence.  Windle brings over 25 years of experience in delivery, business development, and capture management in support of Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and federal civilian missions and enterprise modernization.

Integral also announced that Michele Cook will be retiring June 1.  Since joining Integral in 2021, Cook has served as a strategic advisor and most recently as Integral’s chief strategy officer.

“We congratulate Michele on her retirement and Ben, Amanda and John on their new roles,” said Wayne Wilkinson, president and CEO at Integral Federal. “Their expertise and leadership, along with the creation of the Office of Technology will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth and operational excellence as we continue to advance as an industry leader in providing intelligence analysis and advanced digital solutions supporting national security.”
