U.S. Army INSCOM G4, in partnership with Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA/INSCOM) and the Command Services Office (CSO) announced on April 9 that it will host the GILE Technical Exchange Meeting (TEM). Registration is due by April 17 for the April 24 event.
The GILE Program Management Office (PMO) will provide a detailed overview of the GILE requirement during the kick-off event on Wednesday, 24 April 2024. Vendors will have the opportunity to attend a 30 minute 1-on-1 virtual session with the GILE PMO, ACC-DTA, & CSO representatives.
TEM Goals:
- Provide an in-depth overview of the GILE Performance Work Statement
- Provide an engagement opportunity for contracting professionals and Industry representatives
- Ensure synergy between INSCOM and Industry representatives
Registration for the GILE TEM and 1-on-1 virtual session is required for all attendees and can be made through the registration link, which is available on SAM.gov. Please register for the GILE TEM by Wednesday, 17 April 2024. Available 1-on-1 virtual sessions will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your date/time slot has been confirmed, the point of contact listed in the form will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation.
Please review the attached material and provide comments and questions your company may have with supporting the GILE requirement. All comments and questions related to the attached material is due no later than Monday, 22 April 2024. Responses to all questions will be provided in a written document to all industry participants as an update to this special notice after the TEM, so that all industry partners receive the same information.
