INSCOM posts sources sought for litigation support

On August 3, the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) posted a sources sought notice for Litigation Support Services. Responses are due by 4:00 p.m. ET on August 9.

The United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential small business sources to support this requirement for litigation support services. It includes performance based services for developing specifications for the production of Electronically Stored Information; processing, reviewing, loading, and maintaining accountability of documents and data from the Army and opposing counsel; discovery, pre-trial and trial support; and traditional paralegal work such as legal research, legal memorandum drafting, filing, and briefings. This contract will require stringent security requirements, including a Top Secret security clearance, which must be maintained throughout the life of the contract.

Period of Performance (currently, with possibility to change):
Base: 30 September 2018 – 28 February 2019
Option 1: 1 March 2019 – 1 September 2019
Option 2: 2 September 2019 – 2 March 2020

If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
