INSCOM posts ETA presolicitation notice

On November 8, the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) posted a presolicitation notice for Engineering Technical Assistance (ETA) support. Responses are due by 4:00 p.m. Eastern on November 22.

The scope of this acquisition is for the contractor to provide a wide range of ETA support, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) modernization and innovation support activities. The contractor will assist the G-7 Directorate in Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) areas, Test and Evaluation (T&E), Data Literacy and modernization/innovation. Contractor support to the G-7 is organized into the following task areas: Program Management; Senior/Technical Advisement; T&E, Data Visualization; and Program Administration.

Additionally, there are two optional task areas that may be required to support the contract. These positions are subject to mission need and availability of funding. These areas include Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) and Data Analysis.1.4.1 During the performance period for this contract, the contractor shall maintain all systems and facilities in accordance with (IAW) the applicable Army Regulations, Army Doctrine Reference Publications, Army Doctrine Publications, and Department of the Army Pamphlets, Technical Bulletins, Technical Manuals, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) guidelines and/or recommendations.
