INSA welcomes four IC leaders to its executive committee

INSA logo 112The Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA), based in Arlington, VA, announced on May 13 the appointment of four new members to its Executive Committee, which serves as an advisory body to the INSA president on prospective policy initiatives, membership activities, events, and strategic planning. The appointees, each with extensive careers across the Intelligence Community (IC) in both the public and private sectors, are:

  • Greg Dixon, Senior Vice President, Advanced Cyber Operations Sector, KEYW Corporation
  • Frank Garcia, Vice President, IC Client Strategy, Harris Corporation
  • Mitch Lawrence, Vice President, Security and Counterintelligence, PAE
  • Bill Wansley, Senior Vice President, Booz Allen Hamilton

INSA President Ambassador Joseph DeTrani said, “We are very fortunate to have these four distinguished individuals join our Executive Committee. INSA has enjoyed tremendous growth in recent years, and it is with the guidance and insight of our Executive Committee that INSA will continue to provide events and programs relevant to our membership and the IC. I greatly appreciate their commitment to INSA and I look forward to their contributions.”

The new members, who are appointed to two-year terms, will participate in their first Executive Committee meeting on Friday, May 15. The 25-member Executive Committee consists of individuals from the private sector and academia, most of whom have also served at senior levels in government.
