On February 18, the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) announced the election of six distinguished leaders to its 2025 board of directors. Led by INSA Chairwoman Letitia A. Long, the 18-member board provides strategic direction, and oversight to advance INSA’s mission of strengthening public-private-academic partnerships across the intelligence and national security community.
The new board members bring deep expertise in technology, operations, and strategy:
- Megan Anderson, PhD, Executive Vice President, Capabilities, IQT
- LTG Scott D. Berrier, USA (Ret.), Senior Vice President, Booz Allen
- Christina Mancinelli, Vice President, National Security Space, Lockheed Martin Space
- Cynthia Mendoza, PhD, Chief Engineer, Intelligence Solutions, BAE Systems, Inc.
- Bill Pessin, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Salesforce National Security
- David Ray, Executive Vice President, Space and Intelligence Business Group, SAIC
“These leaders bring invaluable experience and fresh perspectives to the board,” said INSA Chairwoman Letitia A. Long. “Their expertise will help ensure we remain ahead of emerging threats and continue advancing creative, practical solutions to our nation’s most pressing intelligence and national security challenges.”
Outgoing board members include Maria Demaree (Lockheed Martin), Maisha Glover (McKinsey & Co.), Stephen Homeyer, PhD (BAE Systems), John McNiff (Iridium), Isaac Porche, PhD (Johns Hopkins APL), and Janet Rathod (Johns Hopkins University & Medicine).
