On January 2, Columbia, MD-based iNovex, a provider of software development solutions focused on cybersecurity, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), data analysis, and robotic process automation for the Intelligence Community, announced that it has promoted Matthew Ford to the position of president and COO. iNovex is a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.
Ford has led iNovex Operations since joining the company in 2018 and brings over 15 years of experience in the Intelligence Community. As president and COO, Ford will oversee iNovex’s delivery, operational execution, and total team alignment. Ford has previously served in roles at ManTech and CACI in their Intelligence Mission and Services divisions.
iNovex has enjoyed significant growth the past 24 months, closing three strategic acquisitions and winning several major prime contracts. “Our growth over these last two years has been the result of purposeful strategy and investment in growing our technical capabilities to lead the middle market in the Intelligence Community,” remarked Gary Daigle, CEO of iNovex. “Matt’s focus on delivering for the mission of our customers and on taking care of our people is what propels us to be our very best.”
