On November 26, Greystones Group announced that Don Raines has joined the company as chief growth officer (CGO).
Raines brings more than 40 years of business development experience across the defense and intelligence sectors, including a distinguished 24-year career in the United States Air Force. His military service included extensive work in security and weapons systems acquisition, with over a decade at the National Reconnaissance Office, where he led the procurement of several multibillion-dollar national satellite systems.
“We carefully selected Don based on his previous CGO success growing MacAulay-Brown, Alion Science, and Belcan Government Solutions,” said Sheila Duffy, CEO of Greystones Group. “During his tenure at those organizations, Don helped secure more than $5 billion in awarded contracts, driving year-over-year corporate growth. We anticipate the same level of accelerated growth at Greystones Group with his leadership.”
He has managed global programs in security, force protection, acquisition support, and special access programs, including a year in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting Operation Southern Watch with linguist and equipment support contracts.
