Entegra Systems acquires Southern Cross Engineering

Entegra Systems Inc. of Hanover, MD announced on December 7 the acquisition of Cruzeiro Associates Inc. d/b/a Southern Cross Engineering. The transaction closed on September 30, 2018, and terms were not disclosed.

Southern Cross Engineering, headquartered in Ellicott City, MD, develops solutions for mobile device management, satellite communications, and data analytics for U.S. government customers.  The company has deep expertise in the areas of systems and communications engineering, signals analysis, software development, natural language processing and understanding, data analytics, data science, and linguistics. This acquisition significantly enhances Entegra Systems’ breadth and depth of technical solutions and services.
