Engineering Solutions, Inc. announces appointment of new president Gary Rosen

Engineering Solutions, Inc. (ESI) of Hanover, MD announced on January 5 the appointment of Gary Rosen as its new president. Before joining ESI, Rosen served as senior vice president of Leidos, leading their National Intelligence Solutions operation.

“We are very excited to have Gary onboard as our new president,” said Ray Gomes, CEO and founder of ESI. “Gary brings big company experience and a track record of successful business growth along with customer and employee satisfaction.  His experience will help ESI deliver solutions to a broader customer base and drive a new phase of opportunity and growth.”

Rosen’s background encompasses over 30 years of Intelligence Community experience including executive management, business development, proposal strategy development, complex agile program management, and technical engineering support.  His customers have included government, international, and commercial marketplaces. Throughout his career, Rosen has demonstrated an ability to develop high performing teams that have met the needs of his customers.

Rosen holds an MS in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a BS from the University of Maryland College Park.
