Engility appoints Susan Balaguer SVP, chief human resources officer

Engility Holdings, Inc. announced on May 2 that Susan Balaguer has been appointed senior vice president and chief human resources officer of the Chantilly, VA-based company, reporting directly to CEO Lynn Dugle.
Balaguer joins Engility from CACI International Inc., where she served as senior vice president, Human Resources Operations. She has more than two decades of experience serving in a series of increasingly senior human resources leadership roles. Prior to working with CACI, she worked for ASRC Federal, the VT Group and Raytheon Company.
“Susan brings deep expertise to Engility in all areas of human resources, with experience that encompasses all aspects of the domain,” said Dugle. “She is a proven leader that has worked in our industry for over 25 years. Her experience and leadership will be especially beneficial as we continue to focus on attracting, developing and retaining the talent that is vital to growing our business.”
