edgeTI wins JADC2 contract spot
On July 12, Arlington, VA-based Edge Technologies Inc., the U.S. operating company of Edge Total Intelligence Inc., announced that it was awarded a $950,000,000 ceiling indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the maturation, demonstration, and proliferation of capability across platforms and domains, leveraging open systems design, modern software and algorithm development in order to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2).
This contract is part of a multiple award multi-level security effort to provide development and operation of systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber, and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms.
“We are honored to receive this award and be a part of the team tapped to explore, demonstrate, and deploy new capabilities to achieve JADC2’s three guiding C2 functions,” added Jim Barrett, CEO of edgeTI. “After years of successful performance in defense and intelligence settings, we believe we can accelerate the DoD’s implementation of needed technological advancement and doctrinal change in the way the Joint Force conducts C2.”
