DIA posts space/counterspace SETA presolicitation

On April 15, the Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, posted a presolicitation notice for space/counterspace SETA (Solicitation Number: HHM402-16-R-0030). The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about April 30.

The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to solicit and award a single contract resulting from the solicitation. The acquisition will provide continuity of support services as the proposed acquisition is a follow-on requirement. Solicitation number HHM402-16-R-0030 is a full and open competition under NAICS code 541712, the small business size standard for this NAICS is 1000 employees.

This requirement is for the Defense Intelligence Agency, Directorate for Science & Technology (DS&T) Space CounterSpace (SCS) for contractor support services to sustain SCS mission management, and execution responsibilities; including conducting requirements development, capability gap analyses, test & evaluation, technology development, procurement planning, preparing for and enabling technical collection operations, and data exploitation efforts. The contractor team shall provide expert scientific and engineering advice, Space community expertise, operational support functions, security support and logistic support.
