DIA posts small business sources sought for Directorate of Operations mission support

dia-112On September 28, the Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, released a sources sought notice for Directorate of Operations Mission Support (DOMS).

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) is issuing this sources sought seeking responses, from small businesses only, to meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) entitled Directorate of Operations Mission Services (DOMS).

The statement of work is classified and may only be obtained via classified email request, by small businesses only, to quentin.mccoy@dodiis.ic.gov on the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS). Please include Company name and Cage Code in request no later than 30 SEP 16. 

Responsive small businesses shall provide, at a minimum, the following as part of their response to the Government:

Statement of Capabilities, to include:
– Narrative of Capabilites against task areas in the DOMS SOW Section 4.
– Narrative of similar experiences with programs of similar size, scope, and
complexity. To include Name of Contract/Government Customer/Description/
Total Contract Value/Total FTEs/Contract Type
– Cage Code, Business Size, and Socio-Economic Status for NAICS Code

– Comments and Questions on SOW

A TOP SECRET facility clearance is required to fulfil this effort and to be considered responsive for this sources sought – no exceptions. Cage Codes will be verified by the Government to ensure respondents possess a Top Secret Facility Clearance. The Cage Code must belong to the responding small business firm.
