DIA issues Human Centered Design RFI

On November 10, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) posted a request for information (RFI) for information from businesses that have expertise in customer experience with a focus on Human Centered Design. Questions in response to the RFI must be sent via email no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern on November 12. Responses to the RFI are due no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern on November 23.

 

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Virginia Contracting Authority (VCA), is seeking information on businesses that have expertise in Customer Experience with a focuses on Human Centered Design.

 

Holistically, the Customer Experience (CX) Team efforts to stand up a Customer Experience Program to cultivate the Chief Information Office (CIO) culture to become customer centric and enable proactive operations through a repeatable CX driven approach and framework by supporting increased communication, collaboration, and transparency with mission partners: understand mission partner perspectives, needs, and priorities to design, deliver and measure an elevated customer experience; build an enduring, repeatable CX framework and approach to foster customer trust, collaboration, and transparency; design, and implement improved experience; and equip the workforce with customer centric behaviors and principles.
